KEYosk.online, also referred to as the “Merchant”, is a reseller of subscription-based access to third-party cloud storage services for personal use.
We sell digital access products, such as subscription codes or similar access credentials, issued by third-party service providers. We do not sell, host, upload, store, distribute, or provide any content.

Definitions
Platform: any third-party cloud storage service for personal use that can be accessed through subscription-based access codes or similar digital access credentials purchased from the Merchant.
Digital Access Product: any subscription code, premium access code, voucher, account upgrade, or similar digital credential sold by the Merchant for use with a Platform.
Subscription: a recurring billing arrangement under which the Merchant provides recurring access to a Digital Access Product for a selected Platform.
Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use our services.
- By registering for an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in refusal of service, suspension, or termination of your account.
No Formal Affiliation
The Merchant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and references to third-party services remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
Scope of Service
The Merchant acts solely as a reseller of Digital Access Products for third-party cloud storage services. Our role is limited to the sale, delivery, and where applicable automated activation of such Digital Access Products.
We do not operate the underlying Platform, do not control its infrastructure, and do not guarantee any particular performance, uptime, storage capacity, transfer speed, or feature availability beyond what is made available by the respective Platform.
Lawful Use and Restrictions
You agree to use this website, our services, and any purchased Digital Access Product only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and the applicable terms of the relevant Platform.
You must not use any Digital Access Product or any Platform in a way that infringes or misappropriates any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, database, privacy, publicity, data protection, confidentiality, or other proprietary rights, or otherwise breaches applicable law.
You are solely responsible for all content, data, files, links, communications, and activities associated with your use of any Platform. The Merchant is not responsible for and does not assume any liability for any content stored, uploaded, transmitted, accessed, shared, downloaded, or otherwise made available by you or by any third party through a Platform.
Any misuse of a purchased Digital Access Product or of the underlying Platform may result in suspension or termination of service without refund, to the extent permitted by law.
No Control Over Platform Use
The Merchant provides only Digital Access Products for use with third-party Platforms. The Merchant does not host, upload, store, monitor, control, review, or moderate any content, data, files, communications, or user activity on any Platform, and has no visibility into how any Digital Access Product is used after delivery or activation.
Any use of a Platform is conducted independently by the user and at the user’s sole responsibility. The Merchant does not direct, encourage, promote, or endorse any unlawful use of any Platform or any infringement of third-party rights.
Neutral Nature of the Service
The Digital Access Products sold by the Merchant are general-purpose access credentials for third-party cloud storage services. They are not intended, marketed, or provided for any specific type of content or activity. The Merchant does not encourage or promote the use of any Platform for unlawful purposes.
Ordering Process
Subject to these Terms, you may purchase a Digital Access Product through the checkout process provided on our website.
- Follow the checkout process to place an order for the selected Digital Access Product.
- Before submitting your order, you will be shown the applicable product description, pricing, and payment terms.
- Your order is completed once payment has been successfully processed.
- After successful payment, you will receive confirmation of the completed transaction.
Delivery and Activation
Your purchased Digital Access Product will be delivered by email and/or made available in your customer account with the Merchant. Where supported by the relevant Platform and where your account details are linked accordingly, activation may also occur automatically.
The processing time of an order depends on the payment method selected. In most cases, online payments are processed within 30 minutes during business hours. In exceptional cases, processing may take longer.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure that emails from the Merchant are not blocked, filtered, or placed in your junk folder.
If you do not receive your purchased Digital Access Product within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Digital Access Product has been delivered or activated.
Service Availability
The Merchant aims to make its website and services available at all times. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Prices and Charges
All prices shown on the final checkout page are final and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. The Merchant does not charge separate delivery fees for Digital Access Products.
Payment Security
We do not store full credit card details. Card payments are processed by third-party payment service providers using secure transmission methods.
Where card payments are used, payment data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption technology.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because we sell non-tangible digital goods that are generally delivered immediately or activated shortly after payment, refunds are only available in the limited cases set out below or where otherwise required by applicable law.
If a technical or delivery error occurs on our side, we will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within our business hours. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
We are not responsible if your access to a Platform is limited, suspended, or terminated because you violated the Platform’s rules or terms.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase caused by our system.
- The purchased Digital Access Product does not work or cannot be redeemed with the relevant Platform.
- You received an incorrect Digital Access Product and replacement is not possible within a reasonable time.
- After successful payment, we are unable to deliver or activate the purchased Digital Access Product within 7 days.
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:
- You no longer want the purchased Digital Access Product after delivery.
- You purchased multiple products and later decide that some of them are not suitable for your needs.
- You are dissatisfied with the underlying Platform’s performance, availability, transfer speed, or content availability.
- The underlying Platform becomes unavailable, restricted, suspended, or closed for technical, legal, or operational reasons outside our control.

Subscriptions
The Merchant may offer Subscription-based products that renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the recurring billing terms displayed at checkout.

KEYosk.online is the provider of the Subscription sold on this website. We handle billing, code delivery, cancellation handling, and payment-related customer support. The relevant Platform remains responsible for operating and maintaining its own service. -
Subscription Scope
A Subscription provides recurring access to a Digital Access Product for the selected Platform, subject to that Platform’s own terms and conditions. -
Billing and Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period and at the applicable renewal price until cancelled. -
Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. After cancellation, your current Subscription remains active until the end of the then-current term, and you will not be billed again. -
Changes to Subscription Offerings
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Subscription offerings where necessary. Where feasible, we will provide reasonable notice. -
Platform Performance
We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or technical operation of any Platform connected to a Subscription.
Expiration of Digital Access Products
Digital Access Products may be subject to validity periods, expiration dates, or redemption limitations determined by the relevant Platform. Please consult the applicable Platform for further details.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Merchant shall not be liable for acts, omissions, failures, delays, or interruptions attributable to any Platform, payment processor, email provider, telecommunications provider, hosting provider, or other third party.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, any Digital Access Product, or any underlying Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Digital Access Product giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
No Warranties
This website and all services and products provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except to the extent otherwise required by law. We make no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or compatibility with any particular Platform.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Merchant, its directors, officers, affiliates, shareholders, employees, representatives, contractors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and enforcement costs, arising out of or in connection with:
- your use or misuse of any Digital Access Product or any Platform;
- your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms;
- your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, database, or data protection rights;
- any content, data, files, links, or communications uploaded, stored, transmitted, accessed, shared, downloaded, or otherwise made available by you through a Platform using a Digital Access Product purchased from the Merchant; and
- any chargeback, payment dispute, investigation, complaint, notice, takedown request, regulatory inquiry, or third-party claim arising from your conduct or your use of a Digital Access Product or Platform.
You acknowledge and agree that the Merchant does not monitor, control, or have knowledge of user activity on any Platform and shall not be responsible for any user-generated or third-party content. Your obligations under this section survive termination of these Terms and your use of the website or services.
Cooperation in Case of Claims
If any claim, complaint, notice, takedown request, investigation, or legal proceeding arises in connection with your use of a Digital Access Product or any Platform, you agree to provide prompt cooperation, truthful information, and reasonable assistance to the Merchant in responding to or defending against such matter.
Fraud Prevention and Information Sharing
We may share information with payment providers, fraud prevention services, governmental authorities, or other third parties where permitted or required by law, or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, investigate unauthorized transactions, enforce our rights, or comply with legal obligations.

Questions, complaints, or support requests relating to payment, order status, delivery, or code activation should be sent to [email protected].
Our role is limited to the resale of subscription-based access to third-party cloud storage services. Technical issues relating to the underlying service must generally be addressed to the respective Platform. We can assist with payment-related issues and delivery of the purchased Digital Access Product.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order shall apply to that order, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original provision, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
