Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through KEYosk.online. KEYosk.online sells digital access products, including premium keys, vouchers, access codes and instant account upgrades for third-party file-sharing, cloud storage or online hosting platforms.
Digital access products are normally delivered by email or activated instantly. Once a valid product has been delivered, redeemed, activated or otherwise made available to you, the order is final and non-refundable, unless a refund is required under applicable mandatory law or expressly stated below.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under mandatory law. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights, those rights remain unaffected.
Refunds We May Grant
We may issue a refund, replacement code or corrective delivery where the problem is caused by KEYosk.online or by the supplied digital access product itself.
- The same product was charged or delivered more than once by mistake.
- The delivered key, voucher or code is invalid, unused and cannot be redeemed on the relevant platform.
- You received the wrong product, for example the wrong platform, duration, quota or service type.
- Payment was completed, but we are unable to deliver the product or activate the account within seven days.
- A technical delivery error occurred on our side and cannot be corrected within a reasonable period during our business hours.
Where possible, we may first offer a replacement, correction or re-delivery instead of a refund. A refund is only available if the issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
Refunds We Do Not Grant
We do not issue refunds for delivered, valid and usable digital access products merely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, no longer need the product, or did not understand the product description before purchase.
- You ordered a premium key, voucher, code or account upgrade and no longer wish to use it.
- You purchased several different products and want to keep only the one that best suits your needs.
- The product has already been redeemed, activated, used or partly used.
- You entered an incorrect email address, platform account, username or other delivery information, unless we are still able to prevent delivery or activation.
- Your account with the third-party platform was suspended, restricted, banned or terminated because of your conduct or a violation of that platform’s rules.
- You are dissatisfied with the speed, availability, content, files, links, storage, bandwidth, technical performance or support of the third-party platform.
- The third-party platform is temporarily unavailable, technically restricted, legally restricted, discontinued, blocked in your country or otherwise inaccessible for reasons outside our control.
- You are unable to download or access specific files or content through the third-party platform.
Third-Party Platform Issues
KEYosk.online is an independent reseller. We are responsible for payment handling and delivery of the digital access product purchased from us. The third-party platforms remain responsible for their own websites, networks, accounts, files, technical performance, availability and user policies.
Problems relating to platform speed, dead links, unavailable files, account moderation, platform downtime or platform-specific technical limitations must be addressed to the relevant platform directly.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Your request should include:
- your order number;
- the email address used for the order;
- the platform and product purchased;
- a clear description of the issue;
- screenshots or error messages, where relevant.
We may ask for reasonable evidence that the product is invalid, unused or not redeemable. Refunds may be refused where the product has already been redeemed, activated or used.
Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests during our business hours, generally 10:00 to 19:00 Central European Standard Time. If an issue can be corrected, we will attempt to resolve it before issuing a refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.
